1. Postage and delivery is within Singapore only. No refund or exchange of ticket will be made under any circumstances.
2. TicketBooth will only issue refunds when a Promoter cancels the show (such as through no-show or force majeure). Once any booking is processed by
TicketBooth, no refunds will be made unless the show is cancelled as mentioned. The refunds will be issued within two weeks(working days) of
announcement of show cancellation. Refunds will be made to the guest through cheque or credit card reversal of transaction.
3. All tickets are subjected to ticketing fees and delivery charges.
Delivery charges:

  • Collect at Outlet : S$0.30 every 10 tickets
  • By Mail : S$1.00 every 10 ticket
  • Collect at Venue : S$1.00 every 10 tickets
